All your event's photos. One smart album.
Every photographer at your event uploads to one album. Your guests open the link, take a 5-second face check, and see every photo they're in. No scrolling through hundreds of shots, no chasing photographers for files.
- For guests Find yourself, download and share.
- For organizers One link for the whole event, with every photographer credited.
- For photographers Upload once, get credited on every photo.
Moments is made by Vibez, the operating system for live experiences. It's in beta: it works, and we're improving it every week.
Questions and answers
For guests
How do I find my photos?
Open the album link your organizer shared and tap Find my moments. A short face check confirms it's really you, then you see every photo you're in, from every photographer.
What happens to my face?
The face check is used only to search that one album, and we delete it right after the search. We never keep a photo of your face. Faces in the album's own photos are indexed for that album only, so guests can find themselves, and that index is deleted when the organizer deletes the album or turns Find my moments off.
Do I need an account?
No. You can browse an album and use Find my moments without signing in. To save photos to My moments, save an album, or add your own photos, you sign in with your phone number and a code.
Can I download and share photos?
Yes. Open a photo and tap Download or Share. Please keep the photographer's credit when you share.
There's a photo of me I don't want shown. What do I do?
Open the photo and tap Remove a photo of me. We send your request to the event's organizer.
Can I add my own photos?
Yes. Tap Add your photos in the album, up to 30. They appear once the organizer approves them, credited with your name.
I was at an event but don't have the album link.
Ask the organizer. If they listed the album on Moments, you can also find it in Albums on Moments.
For organizers
Does my event have to be on Vibez?
Today, yes: you create an album by pasting your event's Vibez link, and we bring in the name, cover, date and place. Not on Vibez? Tell us about your event from the album page and we'll get in touch.
How do I create an album?
Tap Create your event's album, sign in with your phone, choose I'm on the organizing team, and paste your Vibez event link. Vibez checks every new album before guests can open it, usually within a day.
Why does Vibez check new albums?
So that only the real event gets an album under its name. It also stops anyone from collecting guests' photos for an event that isn't theirs.
Someone already opened an album for my event.
One event, one album: everyone uses the same one. If a guest started it, tap I'm on the organizing team and paste your event link, and we'll make you its organizer once we confirm it's you. Albums can have more than one organizer.
Who can see my album?
You choose. Only people with the link (the default): guests see it only if you share the link. Listed on Moments: anyone can find it and browse the photos. You can change this any time, and unlisting takes the album off Moments right away.
How do I invite photographers?
On your album page, tap + Photographer to get a personal upload link and a QR code for each one. The first phone to open a link owns it, so their photos are always credited to them.
Can I control what's shown?
Yes. You approve or reject guests' photos, hide any photo or photographer, and act on requests to remove a photo. You can also delete the album at any time, which removes its photos and face data for good.
For photographers
How am I credited?
Your name, and your Instagram or website if you add one, appears on every photo you upload.
Do my originals leave my device?
No. We upload a web-sized copy for the album; your full-resolution originals stay with you.
How many photos can I upload?
Up to 250 per upload link. Shooting more? Ask the organizer for a second link.
Do I keep the rights to my photos?
Yes, you keep the copyright. Guests can view, download and share your photos for personal use, with your credit.
